Food on the Move: Moski's BBQ brings homemade, smokey flavors

DYERSVILLE, Iowa — Standing inside her food truck on a recent Wednesday afternoon, Shawna Morris filled a container with nacho chips.

Then, she topped them with a heaping scoop of barbecue pulled pork, cheese, onions, olives, sour cream and more.

“We want people to get their money’s worth, so we do big portions,” she said, drizzling a generous serving of barbecue sauce over the finished meal.

Coffee trailer launches in SW Wisconsin

A new coffee trailer has hit the streets of Kieler, Wis.

Tabitha Vosberg recently opened FarmGirl Coffee Shoppe in Kieler. The trailer is a mobile operation, though it currently operates six mornings a week on the U.S. 61/151 frontage road — Prism Lane — near Grant County Truck Bodies.

“It’s been going really well,” Vosberg said. “I’m just looking forward to continuing to get my name out there and just meeting more people and more customers.”
